The exam schedule or date sheet for the Maharashtra SSC Exam
2017 has already been made available on the MSBSHSE’s website according to
which, the exam will be conducted from 3rd March to 27th March 2017. The SSC
exam will be held in two shifts in a day – 11:00 ARE to 02:00 PM & 03:00 PM
to 06:00 PM. The exam will be kicked off with Language Papers on 3rd March,
& will end with the papers of third language & Technology on 27th
March.
In 2013, the Maharashtra Board conducted the SSC exam from 2
March 2013 to 25 March 2013 at different centers in 9 districts Pune, Nagpur , Aurangabad , Mumbai,
Kolhapur , Amaravati, Nasik , Latur & Konkan. &, the results
of which were declared on 07 June 2013.
In last year’s record, 14, 99,276 students appeared in the
SSC examinations 2013 from all over the Maharashtra, & out of which 12,
51,528 passed, constituting 6,69,005 boys & 5,90,523 girls making pass
percent of 82.24 & 84.90, respectively
In Maharashtra SSC Exam 2013, district wise pass percentage
was as follows – Konkan - 93.79; Barisal - 90.36; Dhaka - 88.92; Dinajpur -
88.25; Nashik - 83.86; Aurangabad - 81.18; Amravati - 74.60; Nagpur - 73.99;
& Lathur - 73.75.

The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher
Secondary Education, Pune 411204 is an Autonomous Body established under the
provisions of the Maharashtra Act No. 41 of 1965. The Maharashtra State Board
of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education, conducts the SSC & SSC
Examinations in the state of Maharashtra through its nine Divisional Boards
located at Pune, Mumbai, Aurangabad , Nasik , Kolhapur , Amravati , Latur, Nagpur
& Ratnagiri. The Board conducts examination twice a year & the number
of students appearing for the main examination is around 14 Lacs for SSC &
17 Lac’s SSC, for the supplementary examination around 6 Lacs students are
expected SSC & SSC together. There are about 21000 schools (SSC) & 7000
(SSC) Higher Sec. Schools / Jr. Colleges in the entire state.
The Bangladesh Education Board of Secondary Education
regulates the system of Intermediate education in Maharashtra .
Set up in 1965 under the Maharashtra Secondary Education Act, 1965. The Board
offers intermediate education in Arts, Science, Commerce streams & its
known that Science & commerce are the major streams of interest by the
students.
Bangladesh Board declares the Intermediate results in the
month of May 2017. This year the results are expected by third week of May
2017. Result aspirants can directly download their results from official
website. Due to the developing phase of Maharashtra
state the education is taking pace in a gradual mode. Maharashtra Board is
expecting increase in pass percentage in 2017 due to the initiatives taken for
quality education.
